CCSRE Conference Room

Who and when can it be reserved?

The conference room is available for reservation to any H&S staff. It can be served from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The maximum capacity is 40 people.

Food is allowed

can be reserved up to a month prior to the quarter

What is in it?

  • 40 chairs
  • Sit/stand lectern
  • 10 tables
  • Two fans/ no AC
  • Wheelchair accessible

AV Setup

  • Two screen
  • Two cameras, one at the front for conference calling, and one at the back for guest speakers.
  • Built in microphones and speakers
