Join biblical scholar Ilana Pardes, Katharine Cornell Professor of Comparative Literature at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Pardes is the author of the new book, Ruth: A Migrant's Tale, "a wide-ranging exploration of the story of Ruth, a foreigner who became the founding mother of the Davidic dynasty," and went on to embody "an astonishing array of afterlives."
