Cinoo Lee

Cinoo Lee is a PhD student in Psychology. She is broadly interested in culture and equity and how to foster a more structurally and psychologically inclusive culture and system that will better enable different selves to be welcomed and to thrive. Her current work focuses on how we can make such changes with the perils and power of technology in a collaboration with a big online community platform. Specifically, she plans to document existing racial bias, measure its impact, and take counter actions to change culture for the better on such online platforms.
