Naomi Tilles is a PhD student in Political Science specializing in Comparative Politics. Her research interests include migration, nationalism, and identity politics. In her graduate work, Naomi seeks to study ethnic identity formation, minority political inclusion, and political party responses to demographic change. Her regional focus is on Europe, informed by her upbringing in Dublin, Ireland and experience living in Barcelona, Spain.
Prior to Stanford, Naomi was a research associate with the MIT Global Diversity Lab and the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals. She graduated from Pomona College in 2022 with a BA in Politics.
