Project title: TGI Justice Prison Oversight
Project description: My summer project is a prison oversight template to hold prisons accountable to following state and federal laws regarding trans and intersex prisoners' rights. I will be making this template through working with my mentor and conducting legal research of past and present laws of prisoners, and how they have expanded through the years, especially for the trans and intersex community in prisons. My template will also have resources for trans and intersex communities in addition to the legal research in it, both inside and outside of prison.
