CCSRE is thrilled to share a community space for our undergraduate students. To ensure that the CCSRE Undergraduate Lounge is a safe and comfortable space for everyone, please review and adhere to the following community standards and guidelines:
- You are welcome to invite non-CCSRE friends to join you in the Undergraduate Lounge; however, please accompany non-CCSRE students whom you invite into the space.
- Students must adhere to Stanford University's Student Conduct Charter of 2023.
- Be courteous towards others.
- Comply with staff instructions and/or requests.
- Be mindful of volume levels; the Undergraduate Lounge is not only a social space but also a space for students to study. Some staff members also have offices attached to the Undergraduate Lounge.
- Please use headphones if you require audio.
- Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for students to enjoy in the Undergraduate Lounge. We have a finite supply of snacks and ask that you be considerate of others.
- Clean up your trash and tidy up your space when you leave the Lounge.
- Always keep personal items with you; CCSRE is not responsible for any loss of or damage to unattended items.
- Do not tamper with artwork, fixtures, furniture, and/or property. Please do not rearrange or remove furniture or CCSRE property from the Lounge.
- Use Lounge furniture for its intended purpose only.
- No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping.
- Due to space constraints, CCSRE staff may sometimes utilize the Undergraduate Lounge for storage during Center events.
- If you see something that concerns you, please say something to CCSRE staff. The Lounge is a communal space, your voice matters, and we are here to help.
