Come experience Stanford's new model for engaging difference where we will actually have fun talking about hard topics! Dereca Blackmon, ’91, is the associate dean and director of the Diversity and First-Gen Office. An experienced educator, facilitator, and spiritual activist, she has over 25 years’ experience supporting communities in "uncommon conversations" about identity and difference. Blackmon co-teaches Intergroup Communications and Solidarity and Racial Justice at Stanford.
