Beleicia Bullock

Beleicia Bullock is a second year doctoral student in the Department of Computer Science. She is broadly interested in centering Black well-being within human-computer interaction research to rethink the design and values of social systems. In this vein, Beleicia has worked on projects ranging from understanding the experiences of Black content moderators who cultivate digital safe spaces to evaluations of a CS ethics pedagogy that may impact how students think about these issues in the future. Prior to Stanford, Beleicia completed her Master’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Bachelor’s degree at Bowdoin College.
