Emily is a senior majoring in CSRE with a minor in Public Policy. Emily is a dedicated advocate for First-Generation and Low-Income (FLI) student success, committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for students at Stanford University. With a passion for community building and empowering others, Emily has made contributions to various programs that support and uplift students coming from FLI backgrounds. From working at the FLISSC all of her years at Stanford, to being co-president of the FLIP, to working as a preceptor with the Leland Scholars program, Emily has dedicated all of her time at Stanford to creating community, identity awareness, and build bridges of support for the FLI community. Emily hopes to create more cross-class conversations within CSRE and Stanford, but also to strengthen inter-community conversations and collaborations within CSRE.
