Reiko Osaki (’00) is the President and CEO of Ikaso Consulting, a firm committed to serving the public interest through the advancement of state government operations. With experience in over 20 states, Reiko leads an innovative team to achieve sustainable results in health and human services, procurement and contract negotiations.

Reiko has served as a trusted advisor to numerous state government agency leaders, helping to navigate challenging health and human services program implementations, procurements and contracts, especially on the cusp of new policy decisions that demand rapid change. Reiko’s areas of expertise include complex contract negotiations, Medicaid and human services program design, operations analyses and associated procurement strategies. Reiko leads her team in a relentless commitment to outcomes that support children, families, and communities.

Reiko is a Director for the Executive Governing Board and Treasurer of the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). She has served her alma mater in several capacities including Stanford University’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Trustee Task Force for Minority Alumni Relations, the steering committee for The Stanford Challenge, and Chair of the Stanford Associates Board of Governors. Reiko also volunteers as a member of the PTA executive team focused on volunteer engagement, and serves as a member of the School Board’s Parent Leadership Team. She formerly served as a member of the District’s Advisory Council. 

Reiko graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Reiko and her husband Stephen Chan (‘00) have three daughters and appreciate experiencing the world through their eyes.
